my goal is bulking up with wbb1 routine
I m on the wbb1 routine for about 3 weeks now and i really getting good gain..but i m not satisfy with abs..there is only crunch 4x10..
and it suggested to do abs on working-out dayz..(monday,wednesday,friday)
Can i perform abs differently on non working-out day(tuesday,thursday,saturday)??
2.knee to side crunch
i will do this 2~4sets 5~20reps..
these would be circuit training..do all 1~6 at once and take 2 mins rest..
howz this sounds??
I think your going ab crazy, don't do all that ab work. You can change what type of ab work you do, but don't do ab circuit training. if your bored of just crunches, you can change it up jst don't do more then 4 total sets for abs.

There is no such thing as a definition workout. Diet controls you definition (bf%).

yeah. The 24 set ab routine you posted was ridiculous, don't do that much work for abs bulking or cutting.
