whoa!!! hit 315 for 4 reps on squats today! i been nack in the gym now for 7 weeks i think. and last week i did 315 for 4 but the last one i almost fell forward but man today i would have went for 5-6 reps if i had a spoter tuttut but man theres nothing like having 3 plates a side. it just goes up from there
sorry just so damn happy i did it with ease. man cant wait for friday...deadlifts baby!!! hhahahaha
and all this with 2 days till my 19th birthday!!!! yeah baby!!!!!!!
