    reverse grip bench press?

    i was thinking about trying these, but i dont really kno wat they help with or anything? are they worth it or wat? assistance exersize or max effort? thanx

    I've done them for both assistance and ME work. They really hit your triceps hard and they are a good excercise. Try them out as a assistance excercise befor you do them on ME day. I find it really hard getting the bar off of the pins so you may need a handoff taking the bar out.
