    Mobility was very good yet I was still catching these all high.. dunno why.

    Just ok on these.

    was gonna do this longer but lungs gave out, did 10 rounds of:

    Max du's in 4 min: 97.. still suck at these. Fatigue definitely reduces my performance.

    SO I've had one workout in 3 weeks... SUPER bummed. First we had vacation for the 4th, then my appendix had to come out. I'm not fully recovered but good enough to do some work.

    Basically got in some super lame bodybuilding for pressing groups.. abs are still hurt from surgery so everything had to be relatively supported. Hopefully next week I can get back to the big lifts.

    I cringe whenever I think about someone cutting into my abs. Hope you heal quick and stronger! Good luck.

    Had an odd day. At lunch I was assessed by a trainer to try to fix left scap and hip displacement.
    After work went to a chiro to check it all out, then went to the gym:

    20 min foam/mob

    All very fast, no belt, slowly coming back. I'll probably keep this low intensity, 3+ squat sessions per week while I address some imbalances.. then get back to westside template.

    Haha I guess that is confusing.. foam/mob meant that I both foam rolled and did the normal dynamic mobility stuff. Haven't squatted to foam in ages, but thanks for the reminder! Imbalances are coming along.
