    hahah those numbers are multiply at about 170, raw at 150 I'll be lucky to go mid 4s 275 mid 4s. Plus, I used to be a lot stronger, that was like 2006

    Yeah that's a lot of overhead work. For me too, anything from the hang position is terrible. Would the headaches be a nerve thing, I guess?

    My traps and neck are suppper tight, and when some of the bigger neck muscles in the back get too irritated they reduce blood flow and tension headaches occur. Thought I was sorta past them but I guess it's something I'll struggle with for awhile. They started way back when I hit myself in the head snatching haha.

    .... a random ring muscle up for demo, glad my shoulder didn't fall off.

    Overall I did 160 yards and about 50 situps.

    I was replacing the springs and pulling with pliers super hard, something slipped and my hand musta hit some exposed edge of the sheet metal. It'll be fine but this splint is sure in the way haha.

    Meet went pretty well, good crew.
    Squat 340 fine, 370 kinda sketchy, 380 fine. Should be a lot higher
    Bench 250 fast but a long pause command, 265 to be safe, skipped the start command, 270 good lift, plenty left.
    Deadlift 405 fast, 430 great, 445 had plenty left, after a slow start I got on my heals and went fast.
