    Week 2 Day 4 (Saturday December 21)
    ME lower, Crossfit Spokane Valley

    15 min mob

    135 x 5
    135 + 80# chain x 2
    225 + 80# chain x 2
    295 + 80# chain x 1
    335 + 80# chain x 1
    355 + 80# chain x 1
    375 + 80# chain x 1
    385 + 80# chain x 1

    last time I pulled 345 + 120 chain. So this adds up the same but is closer to being 465 off the floor, which is great.

    135 x 8, 3 sets. Took it easy and worked on stretch and time under tension

    250m row
    10 kb swings (53#)
    5 wall ball burpees (20#)
    500m row
    20 kb swings
    10 wall ball burpees
    750m row
    40 kb swings
    20 wall ball burpees

    Took 28 minutes or so, very hard but I'm just starting conditioning again.
