Week 2 day 2.5 (Wednesday, Feb 5)
spent an hour or so at lunch on mobility.
came back at night for another 30 min mobility, then:
run 1 mile
7:45, easy and on target
10 min du practice
best runs were 18,19 and 20. slightly better.
Just a lil guy trying to be fit.
Best competition lifts:
at 165: 630 sq, 480 bench, 501 dl
