    How Much protien

I keep hearing that you need arround .9 x lbs = protien grams .. I weight about 280 so that's like 252g of protien per day.. how am I ever going to get that much protien?

I can barley make 200g per day...

Also what do you all do on a low-carb diet to make those awefull protien drinks tase better?

I have no science to back up this statement, but I've always found 1 - 1.5 gram of protein per KG body weight is a lot more reasonable than per pound. I've seen that ratio mentioned in a lot of older articles (none of which I have handy right now). It seems like the higher ratio coincided with the explosion of available supplements.

I think the Greeks and Buddhists credo of "moderation in everything, excess in nothing" applies.

I guarantee you'll hear differing opinions. You may have to just see what works for you.
