I am new to the wannabebig forum having been a fan of the site for a while now. I am a 21 year old irish powerlifter (Well first meet is not until November with possibly an earlier one in October) and have been strength training for a few years and have been following the westside style conjugate training method as best I can since February this year when I finally decided I would start competing.
I currently live in UK so the federation is the BDFPA and will be lifting raw most likely in the 125kg (275lb) class. I will start posting my training log here soon.
Any advice I can receive will be very welcome as I am definitely a beginner in a powerlifting sense and I will also try my best to give it also.
