nothing earth shattering here, but this happens to be the heaviest weight ive ever handled so... any pointers would be appreciated thanks
What's your max bench. Those bands may be too much right now actually.

you could be right, my bench is about 315, i havent tried it in a couple of months though. i do have lighter bands which i usually use for this lift, but i felt good this day and wanted to handle abit more weight.
Your Elbows appeared to flare out a bit early.
You also do not look tight under the bar. You need to work on squeezing and spreading the bar throughout the lift.
As stated above the bands might be a bit much for right now.
Overall nice work and keep getting better
