Hi all, I'm new here and trying my best to find what I need here. I could use any useful info on turning back time on muscles. I just turned 50 and have the physique of a man twice my age thanks mostly in part to some major injuries due to stupidity.

I have been going to the gym with my two sons 19 & 15 who are in large part not in need of any help. I however look like a road accident with bits hanging off.
