I've been doing the low carb/high protein deal since December, and I can tell a LOT of difference. However, there's a guy at my gym that competes in BB shows and he told me that I should enter some complex carbs into my diet during breakfast and lunch. He recommended sweet potatoes. I don't know about that. I've been staying away from regular potatoes like they had the plague. Are sweet potatoes much different? Can anyone explain?
