    I'm trying to cut right now, and I'm doing a 50/20/30 split p/c/f

    try to limit your fat intake to EFA's and stay the hell away from saturated fats. For carbs, avoid starch like potatoes, white rice and noodles. Most of my carbs come from veggies.

    Depends on your size and the type of diet you are one. Search for 'cutting diets'. There are plenty.
