3) 800 grmas corned beef.
4) 1.6 kg of eggs
5) 11 pints of milk

Very strange question.
I did it every day for the past month.
Just eat 40 grams of protein for 5 meals. its not hard at all. Thats five tuna sammiches. or one tuna sammich, one chicken sammich, one serving of tuna and rice, a couple scrambled eggs, and a quart of milk.
Its not hard at all. Cutting...now cutting sucks a fat knob.
i think he meant in one shot Like one meal consuming that much protein. I mean, i guess its possible, i dont know how much you'd absorb or anything like that, but I've gone to BBQ's where im damn sure i ate at least 200 grams of protein.

200 g of protein w/o shakes is VERY easy to take in.
a couple tubs of cottage cheese might get you there as well....

It's possible, no doubt, but I dont' know if there is really anything to gain with it. Look at other things, if you take in too much, you simply waste it. I dont' really knwo for sure though, but it is possible.
Don't see why it wouldn't be possible. Just eat more high protein foods, eh?

Zombies take in a few hundred grams of protein every day, and they arent complaining about being full. Hell, they're always hungry!

half an lb is 227 grams
yeah half a pound of chicken cant be 48 grams. Even with bones, skin, water, and fingernails, its got to be far over 48g.
1/2lb, or 8 oz of raw fish is 48g of protein.
16 oz ~= 500 g ~= 1lb ~= 1/2kg
