Hey guys. New here, just got back into lifting after a year and a half of off-time due to injuries and other things.
I have a short term goal to be 165 pounds and 10% BF (or lower). I'm currently 153 pounds and I'm 6'1''. A pic is below. I'd appreciate any estimates on my current BF %, I'm guessing it's somewhere in the neighborhood of 10% right now (give or take 2% maybe).

The percentage doesn't really matter without much muscle but the estimate you proposed is a fair ballpark. You'll look better with more muscle even if your bodyfat goes up some so don't be afaid to put on a little weight.

I wouldnt be worried about your body fat. In fact, I would be eating everything in sight, and keeping a good lifting program going, in order to reach your goal of 165. Good luck to ya!!
