Hello. So i was wondering if doing P90x chest and back and ab ripper x together everyother day is a bad idea. For example doing the chest and back and ab ripper all at the same time in one day then take the next day off then do the same thing the next day. Tell me what you think.
Oh and also is it bad to do all year round?
So you'd be training chest/back 3-4x a week? I did p90x before I got into weight lifting so im familiar with the routine and it definitely would be overkill. Why do you want hit your chest/back so frequently? What about your other body parts?

P90X is a solid program. I'd just hit everything exactly as the program lays it out for you. Once you feel like that isn't enough for you then start hitting the weights. That's why I did and I never looked back.
