    Today: Bench

    Bench-work up to 429x1

    Rolling DB Extensions-3 sets

    V Bar Pushdowns-3 sets

    I skipped my secondary movement and some assistance work today. My shoulders/elbows are fried from Saturday's squats. I had to put icy hot on them and put my knee sleeves over them so I could tolerate benching.
