    Tim Hensley Last Man Standing Mock Meet

    Tim Hensley of Detroit Barbell training for the XPC last man standing in October did a mock meet in training on Friday. He is the winner of the original last man standing with a 675lb bench with the 25lb. jump format. This new format is 30lb. jumps and Tim worked up to 730lbs. and all were good lifts.

    Best Raw Lifts:
    Squat: 650bs without knee wraps
    Bench: 455 in a contest
    Deadlift: 705
    Total 655/455/695 - 1800
