    Training log program

    Does anyone know of one out there that you can log your training
    on such as exercise/weight/reps and stuff.. something similiar to programs such as crosstrainer and those misc ones that many use to log their diet on their computer.

    I just use an excel spreadsheet and bring it to the gym with me every day
