So I have been lifting for a few years now, but since march, I haven't gotten any stronger. I actually have gotten weaker. I have tried everything. I workout 5 times a week, only 1-2 muscles per day, and every week I change my workout up. I eat 135+ grams of protein a day, eat 6 times a day, and eat a lot. I even asked the local bodybuilder at my gym and he told me to take a few weeks and do sets of super high reps(15-20). So I did that, and it kind of worked but now I'm back to square one. I really don't think I'm doing anything wrong, but clearly I am. Please help me figure out what is.
If you're training for strength then I recommend you do Sheiko.

Like you I stalled when I was at a 110kg bench. Now I'm up to 145kg. If you want strength then you need to do a strength routine.
