    How about the neck?

    My gym doesn't have anything to workout my neck. Some gyms I used to go to have that head strap that you can attach a plate to, but I was wondering besides that and warm-up circles, is there any other way to strengthen my neck?

    heres what i used to do:

    buy a light dumbell
    lay on your back with head hanging off edge of bed,bench,whatever
    place folded towel on your forehead and then dumbell ontop of that... then curl the dumbell with your head =) it worked nicely for me
