If you do not feel you are overtraining, you may not be eating enough food for your muscles to use to repair themselves. What does your diet look like?

    sure thing,

well to begin with what NateDogg said is exactly it! You need the right amount of carb/protein/fats , however im sure your familiar with it, since you been lifting for one year. When cutting due to the lack of food we/I feel more sore then when bulking. Why? cause when we bulk we get more then enough food to fuel those broken down muscles. You way also want to supplement with some glutamine to help you a bit with the soreness. I really cant say much because I've not seen your current diet , training nor supplementation...you may or may not be overtraining.

    hope i helped..

    peace

It is really normal to experience DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness), even if you are an experienced lifter.

I knew there was some AS use around here, but are you on PCP?
