    I just had a very interesting conversation with somebody from this forum. I will not say who, because it is not my place to do so, they can post and explain this transcript if they wish to.

    What do you guys think about this? You can post your comments here, since the member wont post his routine and question himself. It doesnt seem right to allow someone to waste their time, money, and health like this. I know steroids are safe when used correctly, and i have nothing against them.

    haha I cant believe you mentioned davy boy smith, that wrestler was on so much juice it was insane.

    Wrestlers like the Ultimate Warrior and Barbarian and others its so obvious when they are on steriods, no one can be that big.

    Whos the wrestler who everyone thinks is juicing now, scott steiner?

    Some of them have to be juicing because theres a limit to genetics, smoe of those guys look better than most bodybuilders who do nothing else but lfit for a living (scott stiener and the warrior for example)

IF you weight lift for your health steriods is bad, and if you weight lift for your look steriods makes you look freakish, so the only people who should be taking steriods are atheletes and wrestlers who want to die for their sport and live in the moment

    I guess I have unusually good genes but I gain 20lbs in a few months.

    Anyone who takes a year to gain 20lbs on steriods, they must really not know a damn thing about training.

    I mean I'm not claiming I know everything but its not hard to gain 20lbs, lift weights with a consistant routine, eat (suppliment) and sleep 8 hours a night.

    Hell I wasnt even getting 8 hours of sleep,

    Anyhow Steriods arent neccessary unless you want to be freakish, to be healthy you dont need steriods.

    As far as the speed your chest or whatever grows, you have to accept your genes, not all your body parts will grow quickly or ni the same way, my forearms only grow when I lift with light weight high rep, my chest only grows when I use dumbells or cables, but I've seen some guys chest grow from the benchpress (this seems to work my shoulders)

    If jack isnt getting good results and gaining 20lbs every 3--6 months its because hes not focusing on his strengths but on his weaknesses, basically hes trying to have porportion (is this the right word?) and that takes years and years of work, if you just want to gain 20lbs of weight thats easy as hell. I put 5lbs on me in a month, for most of the month I focused on my back so most of the 5lbs is to develop my back. I guess I'm just getting good responses from my training, my muscles all grow fairly quickly, and some grow without me even training them like my legs, (whats the muscle you build by doing shrugs i keep forgetting)

    Anyhow, If i were to focus on the muscles which grow with little to no work, like if i build up my legs, yes I can gain 20lbs of muscle in a few months, no steriods.

    IF I were on steriods I'd prolly gain like 100-150lbs in a year or something because if I remember right doesnt steriods remove your genetic limits to the size you can get to? I'm no expert when it comes to steriods, but I think if I took steriods I have the kinda genes where I could be 300lbs

    I'm around 200lbs now and 5ft9, so that guy who says 180lbs is big, no, 180lbs for 5ft9 is average, big is 210-220, football players are around that.

    Most importantly im saying jack doesnt know **** about training if he thinks steriod gel (WTF?!) is helping him in one setence and in the next he compains about how his chest wont build.

    This is idiotic. PLEASE do some research. Most natural trainees, physiologically speaking, have a difficult time gainined 10 pounds of muscle in a YEAR, unless they're newbies. Steroids don't completely blow away genetic limitations. This entire post is dripping with ignorance and arrogance. Either go learn something, or stop posting such drivel.

    I am choking on my own intestines that is so rediculous. Someone is on steroids and wants to get big, fine, but asking for advice is too much work.

    30 inch legs what a load of crap. His legs are supposedly bigger around than mine are LONG! 65x4, and he can bench 205. What crap. I can put up 75s six times and I can hardly do 185 for five good reps. I killed myself in the gym last week trying to get a sixth rep. Cut my head right off. What you think I'm joking? Jerk.
