    A Pain

    The other day, I was doing Power Clean & I felt a small pain in my left lower back. I didn't think anything of it so I kept going & by the end of the set, the pain was horrible. Whenever I bend over, sit down, stand up, or make it any sudden movements the pain is so sharp that it takes my breath away. I've been taking some medicine for pain & using a heating pad & i've noticed that it has taken the pain down a little. I was wondering if anyone else may have had this sort of problem & what to do about it.
    Pain is weakness leaving the body.

    Yup. Doctor.
    Squats work better than supplements.
