    Bench Pr Today!!!

    damn seems like my strength is just going through the roof!!

    hit 315x3 for bench today.

    so now im at 315x3 for bench,315x3 for squats,and 315x3 for SLDL! and tomorrow i hit squats and see if i can hit a new PR.

    i dont mean tto keep posting about my PRs but i just get siked about it. this is the last post on training that ill do it. only in journal forum now lol

    That's pretty damn good. You can only squat 315 * 3 though with that massive bench?

    great benching!

    Your kinda like me you bench as much as you squat, but if more people went down legal depth on squats there numbers wouldn't be so high.

    Funning thing is My best lifts are the opposite of what they should be with my body type(short arms, long torso, very short legs) my best lift is deadlift followed by bench, then squat is last.

    you don't do regular deads? only SLDL?

    well see the reason my squat is so low compared to bench is cause i weigh 421. if i lost 100lbs my squat would go up naturally. so im not really worried. i didnt hit another pr in squats but i think i could have cause my cuz was rushing me and stuff..

    yeah i got short arms. like my brother is 5'5 and im 6 foot and we got the same length arms , go fig. my legs are short also and my torso is long same as yours. i do think my deadlift if i switched to sumo deads would be much higher . i do SLDL cause my cuz, HE IS LIKE INTO BODYBUILDING AND IM NOT BUT I JUST SOMETIMES SETTLE FOR WHAT HE IS GONNA DO.ohh i didnt know my caps where on..anyways. we had a fight today cause he thinks 10 sets but like i go 3 reps is bad and not doing anything and i say it does. so we get into fights alot. but its ok. i might think about not training with him cause he sometimes gets me like not down but belittles my PRs. so i dont know...

    Damn big calvin I always forget how big you are man! 420 lbs. guy here at WBB. Holy hell!

    Your squat should come up with time. I am 200 lbs. and I am squatting around 425 lbs. Pretty good for me I think.
