    I am planning to start deadlifts again on back day. Just wondering about doing hamstrings on back day. Leg curls after deadlifts. What do you think?
    ...it's more friendly for trainers to say, "yeah, we can help you tone up!" rather than saying, "yeah, we can help you get rid of that fat ass!"

    That is definitely a good way to do it. They both use the same muscles.

    Sounds good to me. Either way, just make sure you are keeping the squats and deads far enough apart for recovery.
