    Are you talking about measuring your own bodyfat percentage or measuring fat content of foods?

    few convenient methods..some weight scales even do it for you..but they can be off by multiple percentages. Best way besides paying to go into a pool and getting electric waves sent through you(Dont ask, Im not familiar with the process) is maybe finding access to someone who has calibers and the right formula/knowledge to calculate it all out. I did that a while back with a head athletic trainer who does the process for his wrestles. Or...post a few pics and some experienced guys can free ball it.
    Bench: 350
    Squat: 475
    Dead: 500
