I need help! My training inthe last few weeks has hit bottom and I have no motivation left, I want back in, but need to find my mojo. A strange case of the mind and body knows what it has to do but i cannot seem to get over the line these past two weeks. Does anyone have any tips or advice to get me back into the training zone? I don't want to become a normal person.
Take a week off, sounds like you need it, take 7 full days of rest, don't run, nothin, just relax and eat.

That's good advice goin big. I have done that a couple of times when I hit the wall and it helped a lot.
I plan on taking a week off very soon! going to NC golfing...
no weights at all. it usually does wonders for my training!
