    too much volume?

I'm doing the WBB1 routine, and today was my arms day. I felt pretty drained after the workout, which took me about an hour to complete. Does anyone else feel that the WBB1 workout is too high in volume?

Different people prefer different volumes. I am sure it works great for some. You got a PM.

one more question for you all..... If I'm still experiencing DOMS tomorrow, from my arm workout yesterday, should I still go ahead with my chest/back day, or will it do more bad than good?
