WBB Routines are great if you work out in a gym but can anyone suggest some variations with just dumbells, chin up bar and a weight bench ?
Of course its possible, maybe not with legs as thats quite difficult, the majority of barbell exercises can be substituted for dumbbell ones. Look at the exercise link on routine 1, it contains all the variations and exrcises available for particular muscles.
Im not sure if it will be as effective but, if its the only way then it can bring advantages.
The only limits are the one's you place on yourself...
i done the wwb routine #1 with just a benchpress, with a leg extention on it.. i was able to improvise with everything except dips..
