Ok guys I'm new to this sort of stuff and was looking for some help.
I have just started gym and I can bench 80kgs and I currently weigh 100kgs
can someone please help me with a training program please ??

If you're new to lifting then maybe try the WBB 1 routine, eat heaps and sleep heaps.

and the WBB 1 eating heaps ?????? as in what sort of food and stuff.
Have a look in the Diet and nutrition section of this forum, and looking at a few online journals wouldn't be a bad idea either, you'll get a feel for what others are doing.
Just eat a lot, about 6 meals a day, that should get you above maintanence and then you've got the extra cals to grow. Just try and eat clean, stay away from junk food and you will do fine.
Oh, and stay away from all that wine you guys have down there too!!!!

but why eat 6 meals won't that put it on ?
Eating atleast 6 meals a day is key whether or not you want to lose or gain weight. It helps boost metabolism for one thing. I personally eat 7 meals a day when wanting to cut bodyfat.

well for breakfast I have usually some toast with no butter but a piece of cheese. and then a oj
lunch - I have just sandwhiches at work being promite and cheese or sometimes ham and cheese.
tea - chicken or spaghetti or something my mother makes and then I have nothing after that.
I know it's wrong but I need some ideas of what to eat
