im thinking about a new routine...

i train with my cousin but we do like diff. workouts. more or less. like say its chest ill do like 10 sets of bench and he does 3 sets of bench, 3 of incline, 3 of decline and then ill go wit him to do flys or something. i dont know how many days cause see i train wit him and he HAS to train 5 days per week. i know better but still i mean i think i can manage it. i know most would just say train alone but like its diff. with this. cause like well its just to long to explain. (he pays this year i pay next and he already paid so if i dump him it would look bad u know like im a A hole..not so long i so ok say 5 days powerlifting westside style. anyways i can do this? it has to be monday-friday. any ideas?

im thinking about 4 days per week but like monday ,tuesday, thursday, friday.

mondays would be ME bench day, tuesdays would be ME squat day, thursdays DE bench day, and fridays would be DE squat day.

like ok something along the lines of this:

-board press, close bench,db press or lockouts
-jm press and elbows out db incline ext. 3x10 for each exercise
-front,side and rear laterals 3x10 for each exercise

-good mornings, low squats, good mornings or high squats
-pull throughs or seated good mornings 5x10
    -pulldowns or bb rows 5x10
    -hammer curls 4x10
    -grip work
    -ab work

    so what ya'll think?
