    treadmill for cardio

    Anyone use the treadmill for cardio exclusively? Have you gotten good results? I just started and walk pretty fast on an incline.

    I know you are suppose to cross training, but I like the treadmill the best for cardio.

    Who said that? I think cross training is only a must if the alternative it becoming bored and not doing anything. Walking on a steep incline is awesome cardio.

    I cross train usually but for the past few weeks I been doing intervals while running on the treadie with awesome results
