    Hello everybody should I be able to see a slight improvement training for 2 weeks

    I'm just curious on the this question because I'm a beginner at this. The only time I was sore was when I first started. That was about the first 4 days that I was sore. I feel stronger but I can't tell if I have gained any more mass. Any info will help thanks

    You can and likely will gain strength weak by weak as a beginner, but muscle gain will still be slow. As you get stronger it will take you longer to gain both strength and muscle, but as a beginner both should come pretty easy. For the first 6 months you will probably get stronger and bigger, but don't expect to see a change from 2 weeks of lifting
