as the title says, im wondering what the ideal workout week consists of for a mesomorph looking to gain optimum amount of mass quickly.
i have a feeling that my current workout is not gonna cut it...here it is:
3 x 10 barbell incline bench
3 x 10 dumbell flies
3 x 10 barbell flat bench
4 x 10 squats
4 x 10 hamstring curls (one leg at a time)
4 x 10 leg extensiosn (one leg at a time)
3 x 20 seated calf raises
4 x 10 lat pulldowns
4 x 10 back rows
i forgot what else we did
thursday: (had off due to 4th of july)
did legs again.
obviously this is not going to work. what do you guys think?
help me please!
