How hungry should you get while cutting? Is it something that's there when you just start off, and goes away.. or what? Right now I'm starting to feel like I'm starving an hour before each meal (and I eat every 3). Is this just mental or what?
I think a lot of it depends on your diet before you start to cut.
Back in the day, I used to be a real carbo-slut. I was eating tons of stupid carbs and I was always hungry. Once I shifted a more balanced diet overall, I found I wasn't as hungry overall, and I was able to reduce calories without missing them if I felt like it.
You might also try caffiene/ephedra both for thermogenic benefits and as appetite suppressors.
Eat less carbs and MORE fat while cutting..........the fat should keep you full..........
