The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Starchy Carbs, High Gi Carbs And Simple Carbs????

What's the difference between these 3 or are they all the same, just called by different names?

Can anyone give me some examples or list of foods/fruits containing Starchy carbs, hi GI carbs, and simple carbs?

Now, while cutting, you should avoid Starchy carbs, hi GI carbs, and simple carbs except for post work-out right? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

From what I understand there are two types of carbs:

SIMPLE (simple sugars) & COMPLEX (starches)

And these can be divided into

HI GI (breads, crackers, pastries, and sweets)
LOW GI (Fruits, vegetables, whole grains and high fiber foods )

I think SIMPLE/HIGH GI after workout is recommended.
    And COMPLEX/LOW GI during day...
