    Weight loss tips

    Hi everyone, overweight is a common problem around us. The major reason behind it is eating disorder. Eating balance diet is steps towards losing weight. Slice your food into small pieces. Drink water between bites. Eat fruits and veggies. Avoid the intake of tea or coffee with sugar. Stretch arms and legs, Try new exercises to avoid routine. Start getting normal sleep.

    Great tip according to me is, eat vegetables and drink water only instead of any other meal rather fish too.... I have tried this great food.... And lose up to my requirements.....

    Never eat any snack food out of the box, carton or bag it came in. You're less likely to overeat if you separate snacks into appropriate fist-sized servings.
