The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    No More Chicken

My new BF deer hunts, and hunting season is about to open. I've decide to buy a small freeze, so he can give me a deer. I can't wait… steak, hamburgers, steak, roast, steak… low fat, high protein. WHOOOHO SOMETHING BESIDES CHICKEN! (Dixie happy dances around the room)

you guys can hunt deer in the summer? Must be nice; up here we have to wait till the late fall . . . it's usually not too bad, but sometimes you can really freeze your ass off in November!

If he doesn't get one, send me that freezer, mine is full of elk right now and I'll need some more room this fall for a nice buck, a goat, and a bull (deer and antelope and elk).

gonna be a good year! woo hoo!

Couple notes on that: Most of the time venison has suet (pork fat) added when it's ground so find out if that's the case before you start thinking that it's a certain f/p ratio.

Right, if you have it butchered by someone else they'll usually ask you if you want it mixed with other meats, we always tell them no. So DixieChick make sure you let them know you want pure venison.
