While doing incline D.B presses today with 55lbs in each hand I lost concentration for 1 second and the one dumbell fell backwards. My shoulder cracked or made some weird noise. It hurt immediately but now after 5 hours my shoulder feels uncomfortable but not in pain. Should I get an MRI??? They take forever to get right? Also if you partially tear your rotator cuff is their a chance it can heal all by itself withought getting surgery. I am scared sh!tless. Just today I was thinking how lucky I was to avoid injury all my life. Please give me some advice on what to do. I've never had an injury like this. I've already decided to not touch another weight for 2 weeks besides on leg day (no sldl's though)
