Lately I have been doing 30min of cardio Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Is this enough to get me back in cardio shape? I'm in a cut right now and don't want to lose any muscle just fat. Is my time good or should I up it or lower it? Thanks guys.
What do you mean by "cardio shape"? 30 minutes of slow running, intervals...? More information needed.

On my last cut I had a lot of success with interval training. I went to the hill up the street from me. (45 degree incline because I live on a volcanic island) Sprint all out up, walk down. Repeat for 20 minutes. You can watch the number of reps you can do in the set amount of time increase so that helps the motivation. Good luck.
