i have decided to take the body for life challenge. i think i am finally mentally ready to do it and keep it going for the long haul. it's going to be a long hard road but in the end it'll be worth it. adversity and struggle build character do they not? i just thought i'd share this with yall. i know i have'nt been around lately but i'll be here more often, not that some care but oh well.
