    Any Recommended Stretches after SS Routine?

    I was wondering if there where any recommended stretch's that should be done after the SS Routine?

    Ya, check you the SquatRx videos on youtube. There is a ton to learn about squatting. Plenty of warm up tips along with stretching.

    Yeah i did some foam rolling at the gym, wouldn't mind having one of those foam rolls at home though it felt pretty good. I did watch some of those videos on youtube pretty helpful. Thanks again.
