I believe I've pulled a very lower abdominal a few weeks ago and been
trying to recover. I can twist and bend forward with no pain, but if
I bend backwards my very low ab region screams. Like basically my pubic area. Resting I have no pain. Just when i bend backwards and stretch that area.
Go see a doctor. It could be a pull or it could be more serious. The only way to know for sure is to get examined by a doctor.
