I need to increase my protien in the morning and eggs are a cheap (and easy) source; I just throw 2-4 in with a shake. I always hear about egg whites. In fact that's kind of a bodybuilding mantra "egg whites" "egg whites". Can anyone tell me why I shoudn't just eat the whole egg? I've heard that the cholesterol in eggs isn't that bad. If you have a link to a good website I'd like to see it.
