    No More Bullsh!t Cutting Diet!!!

    Honestly dieting is the hardest part of bodybuilding. Too many failed attempts but this time. I will following the labrada lean body guide. Very good diet at www.labrada.com.

    WEEKS 1-3
    400 total calories per day
    6 meals a day
    40 grams of protein per meal

    Meal 1

    6:00pm

    Egg whites 1 cup
    all bran
    milk 2 cups


    Meal 2

    9:00pm

    turkey sandwich
    yogurt


    Meal 3

    12:00 am

    1/2 Mrp
    2 cups milk
    veggies


    Meal 4

    3:00am

    1cup brown rice
    chicken breast
    fruit


    Meal 5

    5:30am

    turkey sandwich
    yogurt


    Meal 6

    8:00am

    1/2 Mrp
    2 cups milk
    veggies

    I really hope you meant 400 total calories per meal.

    Presto! i work the night shift and i have all my meals made up. I'm seriously going to do my best to stick with this diet.
