    Getting familiar with everything

    Hey guys, im new to the forums - but been lurking for a long time

    Im pretty overwelmed by the wealth of information, what are some great sources to learn from for beginners? Any tips or advice? I want to gain lean mass.

    Wow.. Good questions, but your in the right spot. So you goal is to put on lean mass? Can you give us a little history on yourself, current training, and if you want to big your overall physique or certain body parts?
