I've been doing dips by extending my legs on my couch and having my hands on my bench sliding my butt off the bench and dipping down and up. This has been by far the most effective workout for my triceps. Nothing else I've done even comes close.

The problem I'm running into now is that I'm up to 200 pounds on my lap and it's becoming a bit unsafe. I'll have 4-35lbs weights, 2-25lbs weights, and then a 10.

I was seeing if anyone has found a more effective way of doing this exercise then what I'm currently doing.
