    Push/pull routine

    Looking to change up my routine to a push pull, any suggestions? I would like do to it 4 days a week, I been lifting for 8 years but never tryed a push/pull. Thanks

    Are you looking for a routine that includes lower body? Or just upper body push/pull? I have always found that separating out lower body movements works the best since you will use all lower body muscles in any lower body movement (even if some are primary and others secondary).

    Yes upper and lower, right now here's my routine.

    Mom
    Fl bench 4x5
    Pec deck 1x20 1x15 1x10
    Dl 3x5
    Pull ups x reps till 40
    Barbell curls rest pause 1x10

    Tue
    Military press 4x5
    Squats 3x5
    Laterals 1x20 1x15 1x10
    Leg curls 1x30 rest pause
    Skulls 3x12

    Trus
    Incline smyth 1x12 1x10 1x8
    Lat pull 3x12
    Incline cable cross
    T-bar row 3x8
    Cable curls

    Fri
    Hack squat 3x8
    Hammer shoulder press 3x8
    Leg curls 3x15
    Up right rows 1x15 1x12 1x8-10
    Tri push down 1x20 1x15 1x10

    5 3 1 maybe? r go to muscle and brawn they have good routines there or elite fitness systems or take suggestions from all the sites and build your own
