    2013 GOALS? WHATS IS IT?

    Okay let's have them. What are your goals for 2013?

    I have two. Win usapl raw nationals again and break the 242 national record.

    To have at least one fulfilling meet! Only have 3 under my belt but have made mistakes at all 3 that have altered the outcome. My goal is to have at least 1 meet where everything with in my power comes together and I leave nothing on the platform!!

    Get my back good and strong again. Bench 500 squat 650 and deadlift watever the good lord lets me.

    3.squat 400
    4.get up to aroun 230 body weight but not be a fatty

    -Get my biceps healthy
    -Squat 700 raw
    -Bench 500 raw
    -Deadlift 800 raw
    -Possible do a raw meet in the 275's - 600/400/700

    Get back to lifting regularly, and embrace cardio.

    Looking for a 405 bench, 600 sq and 600 deadlift by december and want to compete in at least two ridiculous athletely things like tough mudder. So far I'm signed up for the goruck challenge, probably going to sign up for goruck selection too...so get stronger, faster, leaner, and get the mental toughness of a mule so I can complete those games.

    I did a tough mudder last year. it was awesome. The post meet festivities are nice too. Nothing like having mud PACKED in your ass and ears with beer in one hand and a giant foot long chicken leg in the other

    Total over 650 kg, IPF single ply.
    Squat 200 kg raw
    Bench 140 raw
    DL 220 raw
    Gettin' as big as possible withot too much of a gut...!

    Reach 200-205lbs without increasing my pants size. So far I've put on 18lbs without having to bump up but this next 12lbs are gonna be tough.

    Thanks goes to Alex for once again convincing me I'm a bitch. Therefore I'll put more focus on my goals.

    Get my hips healthy. Total 1250 raw @ 198.
    Hit my first 315 raw bench and 500 sq or pull.
    Keep my 3+ mile run under a 8:00/mile pace.
    Get my 1.5 mile run down to as close to 9:XX as possible.

    -Get my (raw) deadlift back over 700
    -11:30 Ironman
    -Complete my first Ultramarathon
    -4:15 mile
    -Finally get my hamstring reattached (semimembranosus is fully torn at the insertion) when all the others are done
    -Learn to fly

    The last one may take some work.

    You're a FREAK with that cardio endurance and PL strength.

    My goal is to fully rehab my shoulder from recent SLAP repair and get back to total 1100 by the end of the year

    Well after 2 surgeries in 2013 I'm looking forward to an injury free (though I never actually got injured per se) year. That being said I've set some fairly lofty goals for the year as I feel it's impotant to expect more of yourself than is commonly reasonable.

    800/550/800 @275!! Leaner Stronger SMARTER!!!
